PLEASE NOTE WE ARE CURRENTLY AWAY - orders are still open, however pre-made items will now be shipped on 13th August upon our return and 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 approx 5 weeks. Thank you for your understanding and feel free contact us if you have any questions. :)
Whether an item is pre-made or handmade to order is indicated at the top of each product description, so please be sure to check carefully!
Shipping:
★ Items are either pre-made & ready to ship in 1-2 working days or handmade to order with a wait time which is displayed on the banner at the top of the website. This is clearly indicated in each product’s description. 💌
★ There is a ‘pre-made’ section of the website which can be found here with all the pre-made items that are ready to ship. Pre-made items will be shipped 1-2 working days after purchase.
If applicable, the size that the item is pre-made in is indicated in the description. Please make sure you check this as the item may not be pre made in your desired size / style. :)
*If your order is a mixture of pre-made & handmde to order items, it will be dispatched with the handmade to order wait time unless otherwise requested! <3*
Once items have been shipped, you will be notified by email and receive tracking details. In the UK shipping usually takes about 1-3 days. Express international shipping usually takes 4-7 days and standard international usually 1-2 weeks. Please note express international shipping is tracked and standard international is untracked.
SHIPPING RATES:
We ship all across the UK and internationally as well. As shipping rates vary depending on the weight of the item/s, please go to checkout to see how much it would be.
You will be notified when your item has been shipped. For express international, you will also be provided with a tracking number. If you would like standard (untracked) shipping and it is not yet set for an item, please contact us and we can apply this for you!
CUSTOM ORDERS:
You are more than welcome to contact us via our contact form with a request for a custom order (this could be custom sizing according to your measurements or for an item to made in custom colours!)
Return / Exchange Policy:
Please note items can be made according to your measurements (bust, waist, hips and height) so please get in touch via 'contact us' with these details! <3
We hope you love your item, but if for any reason you would like to return or exchange it, the item/s must be unworn and returned in original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return/exchange. Once the item is received back, a full refund minus postage costs and non-refundable transaction fees will be awarded. Alternatively, the full amount can be returned in the form of store credit. Please note custom-made items are non-refundable. For exchanges, please contact us for further details - our email is bylualia@outlook.com.
