Shipping:
Pre made items can be found here - these will be shipped 2-4 working days after purchase (up until 15th December, after this it will be the usual 1-2 days).
*Please note*: due to high demand, most handmade to order items are temporarily marked as "sold out". They will be restocked on 30th December 8pm UK time when we will take more orders. Follow @by.lualia on Instagram for updates! ♥︎

🇬🇧 UK CUSTOMERS:
All the available handmade to order items can be found here. These items will be made and shipped by 22nd December at the latest (the last recommended date for UK Christmas delivery). The last recommended date to purchase pre-made items is 18th December.
🌎 INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
The last recommended date to purchase pre-made items for Christmas delivery is 3rd December.
⭐️ Please note some items are handmade to order. This is indicated in the description and the current wait time is on the banner at the top of the site.
⭐️ There is a ‘pre-made’ section of the website which can be found here with all the pre-made items that are ready to ship. If applicable, the size that the item is pre-made in is indicated in the description. Please make sure you check this carefully as the item may not be pre made in your desired size / style. :)
Items in the 'pre-made' section will be sent 1-2 working days after purchase.
(If your order is a mixture of handmade to order and pre-made items, please note it will be dispatched all together with the handmade to order wait time unless otherwise requested or placed as separate orders!) <3
Once items have been shipped, you will be notified by email. In the UK shipping usually takes about 1-3 days. Express international shipping usually takes 4-7 days and standard international usually 1-2 weeks. Please note express international shipping is tracked and standard international is untracked.
If you need a quicker turnaround time to have your item/s made by a specific date, please contact us and we will see what we can do! <3
SHIPPING RATES:
We ship all across the UK and internationally as well. As shipping rates vary depending on the weight of the item/s, please go to checkout to see how much it would be.
You will be notified when your item has been shipped. For express international, you will also be provided with a tracking number. If you would like standard (untracked) shipping and it is not yet set for an item, please contact us and we can apply this for you!
Return / Exchange Policy:
Please note items can be made according to your measurements (bust, waist, hips and height) so please get in touch via 'contact us' with these details! <3
We hope you love your item, but if for any reason you would like to return or exchange it, the item/s must be unworn and returned in original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return/exchange. Once the item is received back, a full refund minus postage costs and non-refundable transaction fees will be awarded. Alternatively, the full amount can be returned in the form of store credit.
