Items are either pre-made or handmade to order (this is indicated in the description). Pre-made items will be shipped 1-2 days after purchase. Handmade to order items will be made and shipped with the current wait time indicated on the banner at the top of the site.

Please note many of our items are stretchy and therefore can accommodate multiple sizes as reflected below.

All items can be custom made to your measurements (bust, waist, hips and height) at no extra cost. If you are in between sizes or would like items made to your specific measurements, please get in touch via 'contact us'! 💌

Please also let us know if you would like any alterations to an item (ie. longer length, etc).

HATS: our hats are generally one size fits all (unisex). As there is room for stretch, they can accommodate a head circumference of about 54-58cm (approx 21-23 inches). However, if you would like the hat to be custom made smaller or bigger, please just let us know!

Hand wash with soapy water is recommended, particularly for mohair items which are very delicate. If your item is made of acrylic, cotton or wool, it can be machine washed on wool / delicates mode at no more than 30°C. Lay flat to air dry - do not tumble dry.
